I've been there, done that
I spent many years working in a senior role for a very large software company. I get it.
I’ve been there and back, bought the t-shirt and have the battle scars to prove it.
I was the one who found it hard to speak up.
I was the one whose face turned red and blotchy when she had to stand up and present.

The Coaching Circle
Calls take place live on Zoom at 12 noon UK on Thursdays.*
IGNITE is a group coaching programme that will help you find your confidence, discover your strengths and enable you to move forward with purpose and passion.
It will ultimately give you the tools, techniques and support you need to learn how to live AND lead authentically.

Using my methods, you will be able to:

And if you want to maximise your success as quickly as possible with a fully tailored programme then you’re good to go with Unstoppable. This works particularly well if you are being funded by your employer.
There is one call per week on Thursdays at 12 noon UK time in The Coaching Circle.
In The Mastermind there is a varied schedule of weekly calls, which rotate around 9am, lunchtime, 5pm and 7pm UK. I’m also piloting a 3pm slot. If none of these times work for you please let me know – I’m happy to add in extra time slots.
The IGNITE Coaching Circle and Mastermind are group coaching programmes.
In the Mastermind you get 1-2-1 support via WhatsApp and a quarterly 1-2-1 ‘AccelerateHER’ call with me. These are usually 30 minutes.
Unstoppable is a fully 1-2-1 programme where we meet regularly via Zoom and agree dates and times together. This is the best option if you’re not into group programmes and you want full flexibility over when we meet. You’ll also get access to the other parts of IGNITE if you want them.
No calls are not recorded to protect your confidentiality and to create a safe space for growth.
The monthly masterclass in The Mastermind is the only call that is recorded.
Payment plans are available for The Mastermind and Unstoppable if required. Let me know and I can arrange that for you.
If you decide IGNITE isn’t for you within the first 14 days, you’ll get a full refund.
Yes, after your initial period you can stay as long as you want for a monthly fee. There are no automatic renewals.
You can move to a different level after you join providing there are places available. Access to The Mastermind & Unstoppable is limited given their intimate nature and 1-2-1 component. Places are given to priority list members first and based on capacity. The Mastermind opens to new members for limited periods each year.
