I've been there, done that
I spent many years working in a senior role for a very large software company. I get it.
I’ve been there and back, bought the t-shirt and have the battle scars to prove it.
I was the one who found it hard to speak up.
I was the one whose face turned red and blotchy when she had to stand up and present.
I was the one who worried and fretted about what my boss thought, whether I’d said the right thing, if I was enough.
My saboteur prevented me from being comfortable, from finding my joy and from being my best self.
I was successful, despite my saboteur, certainly not because of it.

There is a weekly call on Thursdays at 12 noon UK time.
There are also additional calls on a 4 week rotating schedule as follows:
Tuesday 12 noon UK time once every 4 weeks.
Tuesday 5pm UK time once every 4 weeks.
Tuesday 7pm UK time once every 4 weeks.
Wednesday 12 noon UK time once every 4 weeks.
We’ll chat privately once a month via WhatsApp to check in on your progress.
This is a group programme with no 1-2-1 support. If you are interested in working with me 1-2-1 I have other options for that. Message me to chat further.
No calls are not recorded to protect your confidentiality and to create a safe space for growth.
The monthly masterclass in The Mastermind is the only call that is recorded.
If you decide IGNITE isn’t for you within the first 14 days, you’ll get a full refund.
The minimum commitment is 1 month and there an no automatic renewals unless you sign up for a plan.
Yes, after your initial period you can stay as long as you want for a monthly fee. There are no automatic renewals.
