The content of this programme is based on the powerful principles of Co-Active Coaching and provides the opportunity for leaders to develop self-awareness and clarity. Participants will be equipped with tools and techniques allowing them to be more resourceful and effective as they build their own leadership style. Leaders completing this programme will be better positioned to create stronger relationships across their organisations and to build engaged and high performing teams.
Workshop 1 – Get Clarity. A practical approach to surfacing what is truly important to you. Getting clarity on your values is at the heart of authentic leadership. This work provides deep insight into who you are as a leader, your boundaries, where you will compromise and what is non-negotiable. It also underpins your ability to create effective working relationships.
Workshop 4 – The Power of Choice. Do you struggle with work-life balance and find yourself regularly overwhelmed? You will explore these challenges and create clarity on the work-life balance that is right for you. From here you will look at different perspectives, recognise that you always have a choice and commit to specific action in order to move toward the work-life balance you want.
Workshop 2 – The Inner Leader. For any leader who suffers from self-doubt and a lack of confidence. This workshop focusses specifically on understanding where you hold yourself back and get in your own way: self-sabotage. You will learn coping mechanisms and how to overcome doubts, fears and anxieties that get in the way of your success.
Workshop 5 – Resilience. When things go wrong and the environment we work in changes often we experience self-doubt, stress, frustration and anxiety. This is also common when taking on new areas of responsibility or stretch assignments. In this module you will explore these emotions and identify the steps you need to take in order to move forward with confidence, embracing failure and excited about change.
Workshop 3 – Leading With Purpose. Building on earlier work, you will complete practical exercises culminating in the creation of a purpose statement and vision for the leader you want to become and the life you want to live.
Workshop 6 – Committing to Action. In this final module you will focus your attention on everything you have learned and create your personal strategy for authentic leadership. You will identify not only what you need to ‘do’ but also how you need to ‘be’ in order to bring your vision to life. You will publicly declare what you are committing to do differently as you leave the programme.
